Why are Wineries So Expensive?

The main reason why wineries are so expensive is due to the supply and demand of their products. Despite the fact that many of the most prestigious wineries in the world produce and sell a limited quantity of their wines, sometimes even in the gray market, the exclusivity of the wine you can taste in the cellar is what makes it so expensive. Smaller production cellars have limited distribution, some of which are not available at regular wine stores, thus increasing the average price of bottles in wineries.
